• 1 medium onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 3 cups tinned garden peas
  • 500ml Chicken stock
  • Salt and pepper taste
  • Fresh cream or crème fraiche (optional)


  1. In a large saucepan saute (fry) onion and garlic in oil until tender
  2. stir in the peas, chicken stock and reheat.
  3. Place in a blender and blend until smooth, season to with salt and pepper.


If desired stir through 1 tablespoon of fresh cream or crème fraiche.
