• Jar or can of frankfurters
  • Large can of chopped tomatoes
  • Chopped onion
  • Garlic glove chopped
  • Can red kidney beans or baked beans
  • I tsp chilli powder
  • Chopped vegetables such as peppers, courgette, carrots etc
  • 1 tbl spoon tomato puree
  • Seasoning
  • Boiled rice to serve


Soften the onion garlic and chopped vegetables in the oil, add the chilli powder, chopped tomatoes, season and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until vegetable are tender. Add the chopped sausages, tomato puree and continue to cook for a few minutes.

Serve with boiled rice
